Wells Fargo, is offering 0.70% APY on CDs for the 58-month term with a minimum deposit requirement of $5,000. The bank has reduced its CD rate by ten percent.

Nationwide Bank and CIT Bank pay 1.80% APY on CDs for 60-month term. Both these banks let you open online CD accounts easily.
