As of 21 June, 2012, The National Republic Bank is one of the two banks paying a 1.91% APY on 60-month CDs for a minimum deposit of $1000. This raise in APY happened recently and it is the first time the bank is raising its APY in four months.
The other bank offering the same APY is the State Bank of India, but the minimum deposit required is $2500. Also, only the New York Branch of SBI has this deal.
