Sovereign Bank Offering 2.8% APY on 5 Year CDs

Sovereign Bank is paying 2.8% APY for a minimum deposit of $500 on its 60 month CDs. For the same period, Kaiser Federal Bank is offering 2.75% APY on a minimum deposit of $10,000.

In addition to Kaiser Bank, three others are paying 2.75% APY. They are: Danversbank on a minimum deposit of $500, Salem Five on a minimum deposit of $10,000 and Astoria Federal Savings on a minimum deposit of $500.
