Platinum Bank is offering 1.60% APY on its special 25 month CD. The rate can be availed on a minimum deposit of $5,000.

This is better than the best nationally available rate on 24 month CDs. The 25 month CD can be purchased by anyone. Customers will have to visit one of six Platinum Bank branches which are located in Winter Haven, Plant City, Brandon, Lakeland, Tampa and Tampa Bay area.
