- Funds from Operations (FFO)
- Terminology common with real estate investment trusts to describe a cash flow arising from trust operations. Calculated as earnings to which amortization and depreciation are added. Funds Available for Distribution (FAD) is another similar commonly used term. This is calculated as FFO minus the amortization of mortgages and capital investments in property held by the trust.
