First Niagara Bank is offering 0.75% APY on 30 month CDs. The bank requires savers to make a deposit of at least $5,000, to qualify for the rate.

The bank has branches in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New York (upstate) and Connecticut. Some of the other rates that are being offered in these states are 0.30% APY on 24 month CDs, 0.20% APY on 12 months and 0.15% APY on 6 months.
