City State Bank is offering two special CDs for odd terms. They come with a provision that allows savers to bump-up the rates.
On a minimum deposit of $500, the bank is paying 1.40% APY on CDs for 21 months. The same deposit amount will earn 1.85% APY on CDs for 35 months. The rates for both can be bumped up once during their terms.
