BB&T is paying a special rate of 1.95% APY on its 60 month CDs. This is on deposit amounts below $100,000.

For the same maximum deposit, the bank is offering two other special rates – 1.20% APY on 37 month CDs, and 1.55% APY on 51 month CDs.
